Why should I be more active?
Everyone can benefit from being more active, but as we get older, the benefits are even greater. Just 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity on five or more days a week can improve your health.
Keep Active Keep Healthy
Just a little extra physical activity can mean a lot. Being physically active doesn't have to mean long "sweat sessions" in the gym or running for miles, it can be walking the dog, playing with the children or even doing the housework.
