Domiciliary Care Organiser

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Domiciliary Care Organiser to join our expanding Domiciliary Services team. This is a highly varied role where no two days are the same. Duties will include: scheduling care workers and putting together rotas; acting as the first point of contact for care workers providing advice and guidance; carrying out assessments and spot checks and covering emergency care calls. The successful candidate will also be required to undertake the role of Out of Hours Supervisor on a rota basis providing support to care workers and service users. You will need to have your own transport and possess a good level of English. We are looking for someone with previous care experience, NVQ Level 2 in Care with excellent communication skills. This post if for 20 hours a week plus Out of Hours Supervisor duties on a rota basis. An Enhanced CRB Disclosure will be required for this post. |

Previous experience not essential. Full training given to NVQ Level 2 in Care. Car essential. Various working patterns available for this 24/7 service.
